Dear Writer's Lifeline Inc.:

By signing and returning this agreement with my check or credit card payment and one- to two-page synopsis ("overview" or "treatment") of my project, as well as two sample pages of my project, I indicate my understanding of the following terms and conditions of our working together.

1. I will receive a one-page professional assessment of my writing project, by email, with particular emphasis on my project's strengths and weaknesses in commercial terms. The Quick Writing Analysis I receive will include a frank assessment of what's working and what's not, as well as brief discussion of action, character, dialogue, setting, and style.

2. The base fee for the Quick Writing Analysis is $75.00, payable to Writer's Lifeline, Inc. If my synopsis exceeds two pages, I'm paying an additional $25.00 for each page over the two-page base price. I’m sending my check to: Writer's Lifeline, Inc., 518 S. 3. Fees for Quick Writing Analyses are not refundable.

4. I, the author, retain all rights to my own work, whether or not I continue to employ Writer's Lifeline, Inc. editorial services beyond the initial Quick Writing Analysis, up until such time as I may dispose of those rights (or some part of those rights) through the sale of my work.

5. I understand that the cost of my Quick Writing Analysis is applicable against any further Writer’s Lifeline service I contract for.

6. I've signed and dated this agreement, and am returning it with my check to the above address, or sending my credit card information to the specified fax number on the Writer’s Lifeline web site. I'm sending my one- to two-page synopsis to Writer's Lifeline, Inc. at 518 S. Fairfax, Los Angeles, CA 90036.

Writer's Lifeline, Inc. will commence the work upon their receipt. I understand that the Quick Writing Analysis will take up to seven days to complete.
